HiveMindED™ was created from a simple belief: learning and leadership should grow together.
Too often, educators step into leadership with passion and purpose—but without the systems needed to sustain that purpose. HiveMindED was built to change that. It is a space where leaders, educators, scholars, and communities can grow intentionally through structured learning pathways, develop meaningful systems, and build confidence in the work they do every day.
At its core, HiveMindED is not about isolated learning— it is about building through aligned lessons, tools, and shared growth.
Grounded in the BUILDS™ Framework and guided by the P.O.L.L.E.N.™ values, HiveMindED supports individuals in developing both mindset and systems—so growth is not accidental, but intentional, connected, and sustainable.
Why HiveMindED™ was Created
HiveMindED began during a pivotal moment in my leadership journey.
As I entered my fifth year as a school leader, I found myself asking:
Where is the space for educators to grow while building the systems that make leadership sustainable?
I knew my why.
But I was still learning the how.
Like many leaders, I was working hard—supporting teachers, serving scholars, and striving to create strong environments for learning. But I realized something important:
Passion alone was not enough.
I was doing the work, but I had not yet built the systems that would allow the work to thrive.
That realization became the foundation of HiveMindED.
I wanted to create what I needed earlier in my journey: a space where educators could learn how to build systems that support leadership, instruction, and learning—while growing with guidance, tools, and community along the way.

Victoria Bryant, M.Ed.
Founder of HiveMindED™
Victoria Bryant is an educator, leadership coach, and systems builder passionate about helping educators create environments where learning doesn’t just happen—it thrives.
Her leadership journey began with a deep commitment to people—supporting teachers, developing scholars, and building strong school communities. But through that experience, she quickly realized something many leaders face:
Having a clear vision isn’t the challenge—building the systems to sustain it is.
As a school leader, Victoria experienced both the fulfillment and the complexity of leading a learning community. She was doing the work, leading with purpose, and pouring into others—but she knew there had to be a better way to align vision, structure, and impact.
That realization led to the creation of HiveMindED.
Known as Principal Bee, Victoria brings a unique blend of heart and structure to her work. She believes leadership should be:
intentional, but not rigid
structured, but not limiting
and always rooted in people
Through HiveMindED, she has created a space where educators can build systems, strengthen practice, and grow with confidence—all while staying connected to the purpose that brought them into education.
Today, her work focuses on coaching leaders, designing professional learning experiences, and developing practical tools that turn ideas into action.
Because for Victoria, it’s simple:
