At its core, HiveMindED is about helping individuals grow into the leaders they are becoming—at their own pace, with access to guidance, tools, and a community that believes in learning together.
Why HiveMindED™ was Created
HiveMindED began during a pivotal moment in my leadership journey.
As I entered my fifth year as a school leader, I found myself asking an important question:
Where is the space for educators to grow in education while building the systems that make leadership sustainable?
Leadership meant everything to me. I knew my why, but I was still learning the how. Like many leaders, I was working hard, trying to support teachers and scholars, and striving to create strong systems—but I realized that passion alone was not enough.
The truth was simple.
I was doing the work, but I had not yet built the systems that would allow the work to thrive.
That realization became the foundation of HiveMindED.
I wanted to create a place where educators could learn how to build systems that support teaching, leadership, and learning—systems that provide structure, clarity, and the freedom to grow.
HiveMindED was designed to give educators something I wished existed earlier in my journey:
a place to learn, build, and grow with support along the way.
The Philosophy of the Hive
The idea of the hive represents something powerful.
In a hive, every member contributes to the health and growth of the whole. No role is insignificant. Progress happens through shared effort, intentional systems, and collective learning.
